Refund policy
RETURNS
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Because our products are perishable and produced in limited batches, we’re unable to offer returns once an order has been placed.
BUT, we want to make sure you're thrilled with your experience, so you can always contact us with any questions at hello@bittmans.com.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at hello@bittmans.com if your order is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can evaluate what happened and make it right, which may include a replacement or a refund at our discretion.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
All items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases where there is a verified issue with your order (such as damage or an incorrect item, as noted above). This includes:
- Perishable goods (including food products)
- Custom products or special orders
- Sale items and gift cards
BUT, we want to you to be happy with your order, so you can always contact us with any issues at hello@bittmans.com, we'll do our best to help. We're also happy to answer questions about a specific item before your order, if that's helpful.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges. If there is an issue with your order (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), please contact us at hello@bittmans.com so we can review and determine the best resolution.
REFUNDS
Because all sales are final, refunds are only considered in limited cases, such as orders that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If we approve a refund after reviewing your claim, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved a refund and you have not received it, please contact us at hello@bittmans.com.
